Heh just posted this a day or 2 ago on Arcade@home board....
Actually I have this problem too... I am using ArcadeOS as my frontend with MAME. It is the 16 bit color games that are a problem. I talked to Brian Lewis (autor of arcadeOS)about this and he said that on the arcade monitor 16-bit is only supported in 640x480 res. So either try it in 640x480 mode or try changing it to 8-bit and see if that helps.
: I've only just downloaded the lastest mame beta, for use in my mame cabinet however when using certain NeoGeo games eg KOF, Neo Turf Masters in 16-bit colour I get only one half on the image displayed which has been stretched to fill the screen.
: Does this happen to anyone else and can it be cured????
