why do you want to replicate DC controller PCBs?

Why bother replicating the DC PBCs? Just go out and buy 2 Madcatz Joypads for 24.99 each.

The Madcatz is my favorite because there are easy solder points on the backside (so you don't even touch the real button traces). And the Madcatz also has digital versions of the analog sholder buttons (6 buttons in all on front of joypad).

Again, your only concern should be the PC enocder(it will need to have ground based switches for this to work). I've never tried hooking up a keyboard encoder, so I don't know how it works.
