I am want to build a very small mini arcade cabinet that will sit on the table. I only want it to play the early 80's vertical games like space invaders, galaga, pacman ect.

I have an old pentium 166 that I will use to run it, but I currently have no monitor. I was considering buying a cheap 14" monitor of ebay, but this would make the cabinet far bigger than I wanted.

Then I thought how about if I brought a broken laptop with a working color screen. I could get one of these pretty cheap of ebay, and the size and depth of the screen would be ideal to use in my cabinet.

So my questions are:
1. would it be possible to connect a laptop screen to a desktop pc

2.can you see any other problems I might have with this situation.

Thanks for any replys
