: I am looking at hooking up a PSX in my cab. A post
: below mentions lopping off a certain cable for use,
: but the thing is that the wires are not color
: coded, thus using a multimeter to find which wire
: goes to which pin. I really do not know anything
: about this instrument, nor do I want to read a book
: on how it works. I just want to know how I go about
: using it for the task I mentioned above. Is there a
: certain cheap brand or local place I could pick one
: up? Again I will just be using it to make sure I have
: the correct wire to pin. Any suggestions or how-to?
: Thanks

All you really need to determine which pins go to whcih wires is a continuity tester. You can either buy one at a place like Radio-Shack or just use a battery and a light bulb to determine when you when you have the right pin/wire combination.
