The only thing I am a little unsure is this:
Does there have to be some sort of power running through this cable I am going to cut off.(example: the end w/ the connector would be plugged into the powered up PSX while I determine which wire goes to which pin using the multimeter.) Otherwise, if there is no power in this cable, how does it determine continuity if there is no current in the cable? Thanks agin.
