Still stuck on this control panel wiring

Hey guys,

I'm still kind of stumped on wiring up my control panel to the encoder (hagstrom ke72)...

There are 3 connectors that come off of each microswitch... which ones do I wire up? Where do I wire them up to? What about the grounds?

I'm looking to wire them up with ide ribbon and 25pin cable (so i can unhook a control panel easily and swap it w/ a different one) sort of like MrSalty's (link at bottom) setup.

Would someonoe here help me out?
dunno how to properly wire up the buttons and joystick to the encoder.. there are 3 connectors from the switch and i'm stumped :/
