I also don't quite follow (don't know anything about Dreamcast things) but are you saying you want a set up where it takes two definite buttons to be pressed before the single output is registered?

If so, is this an option you want ALL the time, so these same two buttons are always supposed to work together and activate the one output when they're pressed, or are the individual switches supposed to perform other actions in addition to the combined press action?

If it's the simple case where all the time, a given pair of switches must both be pressed before the single output switch is presseed, it's just a matter of wiring the 2 switches in series...then both must be closed to complete the path to the single switch output.

It's an inherent "AND" action just by wiring 2 in series. Both must be pressed to get an output
