Assuming the picture link works, there it is shown with 2 joystick Up switches wired in series and connected to a Dreamcast input switch. When both joysticks are up, only then will the dreamcast input be activated. The same wiring would be applied to any other switch pairs for multiple simultaneous switch inputs for a single output
