Disgruntled - I-Pac question on controls. Good Job Blackbox

My real hard question is the URL:

since its not a flat side image, hopefully im suspecting where it says COIN1 and COIN2 on the right side of the wire strip, that where it says that BT 7 and BT 8 on that side is "1" BT7 and "1" BT8. As I cant tell since the strip is cover the number on it.

Ok it seems thats pretty easy to use the I-Pac. Where the hell was this product 2 months ago.

Ok as it seems, I can have a two player controlers with 8 buttons on each side plus 2 player start buttons and 2 people coin inserts. Cool. But how much of a pain was it to set up from real I-Pac designers as this is the way to go "I think".
