Ive been thinking how I want the spinner knob mounted on the panel, because I don't want it to get on the way of my other buttons, and this idea is stuck in my head:
Have you ever seen those knobs on car stereos, where pushing the knob leaves it flush on the face of the stereo? Pushing again makes the knob pop out for normal rotation.
Now, it would be great to take such mechanism, and put a solid steel knob. What for?
Imagine you're not playing a spinner game. You simply push the knob, and it lies flush on the control panel. So it does not get on the way of the other controls. Push the knob, and out it comes for spinner games...
Now if I could only find such mechanism :)
