Suggest a front end for MAME/Daphne cab

Requirements :

Must run under windows 2000 (I intend to run the Daphne laserdisc emu, which only works properly with win2k)
Must look as little like windows as possible (3d cabs, movie support, marquees would be nice, but not essential)
Must display at 640x480 or below resolution (This is the highest interlaced resolution I can run a standard res arcade monitor at)
