Almost any other fe will to ..... there's nothing special about daphne, the only diff between it and other emulators is it has mpegs in addition to roms to deal with... if you have a fe that'll support custom lists, have it point to your roms in daphne and tack on a -vldp (i think that's it) on the end of the command line.
Or, since daphne is rathe sporatic on how the roms are placed you could do like I do for rd.... simply search for the text-based script file that accompanies each mpeg set. Lots of ways to do it really.
