LCD Content?

I have my LCD working, but I have no content. Has anyone one put together Arcadeos style LCD files? I would like to have LCD files for one or more of the following.
1. control information, what buttons do what for each game.
2. misc information, who made the game, credits, etc.
3. High Scores
