Hehe. OK, no such company exists, but who knows? I was tinkering with the optical encoders sold by HAPP (the ones Fultra usus for his Spinner) and so much comes to mind.
Controllers:
Steering wheels
Paperboy Controller (a bike handlebar attached to the shaft)
Spinners (Obviously)
Star Wars yoke modification (Cheaper and easier than the Joystick controller mod, in effect, there are two rotating axes, so, voila!)
And the best, and most unbelievable:
PC LIGHT GUN!!!!
Not Sci-Fi, not supposition, not even just an idea anymore, feast your eyes on this site, and think of the possibilities. I was at the PC expo, used it, and it Rocks!!! Just a slight mod to the actual Gyro mouse unit, and a gun-frame, and set your games for mouse input. That's it!!!
I am going to concentrate on strictly optical-guts controllers for a while. This one is going to be the second, the first being the Star Wars Yoke I recently bought from Dave (XTREME MAME).
