how do i find the correct wires in the vga cable?! PLEASE HELP!

Ive taken two of these cables apart and its impossible to find the correct wires. They are just all molded together in plastic in the endpiece! Are these colors standard like jamma is? This is my final step in my cabinet and the frustration level is rising steadily! Aaaarrrrggghhh!
