Opinions on ArcadeOS

I am considering using ArcadeOS for my DOS cabinet but noticed that that Saint doesn't list AcadeOS as a front end for cabinets under the links section. Might be that he hasn't had time to update or it isn't recommended for cabinets.

Does anyone have success or horror stories using ArcadeOS in cabinet projects?
