ArcadeOS is fantastic, *especially* for arcade cabs with arcade monitors. Nobody on this board is gonna tell you otherwise. :) There is no more versatile frontend for arcade rigs than ArcadeOS, and that's a fact.
One other choice is to use Advance MAME's simpler frontend, which I personally have come to like for its simplicity. But even then you can use ArcadeOS wth Advance MAME instead.

: I am considering using ArcadeOS for my DOS cabinet but noticed that that Saint doesn't list AcadeOS as a front end for cabinets under the links section. Might be that he hasn't had time to update or it isn't recommended for cabinets.
