That should have said "Apr 18".
And I just noticed something Andy Desak posted on Apr 18 concerning his dealings with Arcade 2000:

In Oct, Kemper told me that the delay was due to "Andy" taking too long building the controls.
As Kemper's plethora of excuses didn't include changing panel-builders, does this mean that the "stolen" cabinets never existed?
They apparently never had control panels built for them.
