: : although I see he's been posting on here as recently as Mar 18.
: That should have said "Apr 18".

: And I just noticed something Andy Desak posted on Apr 18 concerning his dealings with Arcade 2000:
: : I have nothing to do with Arcade2000 now. I built JEff a panel about 8 months for him to use on his prototype and that is about all I have ever done with him.

: In Oct, Kemper told me that the delay was due to "Andy" taking too long building the controls.
: As Kemper's plethora of excuses didn't include changing panel-builders, does this mean that the "stolen" cabinets never existed?
: They apparently never had control panels built for them.

Since Arcade 2000 apparently is not providing the product you guys purchased or providing a full refund in a reasonable amount of time, I would advise contacting the state attorney general of whatever state Arcade 2000 is based in. Considering this business is conducted through the mail it could probably bring federal mail fraud charges as well as grand theft charges (considering the amount of money). I wouldn't accept excuses anymore. Arcade 2000 has had months to rectify the situation and instead he just keeps making more excuses. Most likely he never made your arcade cabinets and spent the money already. This would be a good reason for him to keep making excuses.
