JAMMA PCBs on Computer monitors?

There has been plenty of discussion about making our computers work with Standard res arcade monitors, but is the reverse possible?

Can a multi-sync computer monitor that is wired into a JAMMA harness and properly display standard and medium resolution video from a arcade PCB?
