Need some ideas for rigging up sound

I'm having a mental block on how to rig up my cab's sound system, and need some brainstorming help. I built my cab from scratch, and permanently fixed some old PC speakers I had into it. Now, after having made the mistake of seeing how nice a Dreamcast looks on a 21" SVGA monitor, I have to have that hooked up too. I bought a switch box for the video, no problem, but I couldn't find anything that will let me do the same thing with speakers.

Options I can think of:

-Right now I have the sound going through my computer's sound card, so to have sound the PC needs to be running. Since I'm soon going to rewire a DC controller to my cp, this isn't really so hot. (Will have lots of keypresses going on while DCing).
-Buy a cheap stereo mixer. That seems like sort of a waste of money. But it would give me hardware volume control.
-Another set of speakers. Don't know where I'd put them. But probably the cheapest/easiest option.
-A switch to toggle between the two inputs. This is what I want, but haven't found one.

Anything I'm missing?
