double pole, double throw. you can get them for under $2

you can keep all the ground wires for the speakers tied together. if you open up a home stereo amplifier, they are wired this way.

a dpdt switch has six lugs. you would put the speaker hots (red) to the middle pair, and then use the two outer pairs to the two sources. all the grounds go together. you will probably get a "pop" when you throw the switch. that's supposed to be not good for the speaker, so if they're good speakers you might want to turn down the volume first.
