Here goes, : : I used the tb436-311-x1-5-1d,I would have loved to use : : tbs311g1c (spins like a champ, I got 3) but they are : : much harder to hack, but very hackable by cutting the : : metal plate and mounting the new opics in place, I will : : hack that model too. I bought 2 cheapo mice (or is it mouse) : : from good 'ol radio shack, same brand for $9.99 ea., I took : : my trusty side cutters( I call'em dikes, but I don't think : : I'm allowed to say that on this board :) ) anyway, just : : cut the optics out of one mouse, leaving them on the board. : : Now desolder the optics from the other mouse, And solder in : : 5 wires in the place of the optics you removed from the : : uncut mouse.
