I have some Atari 2600/800 trackballs that I was going to use as a mouse hack.
I tried to move the mouse optics to the trackball but I couldn't figure out how to glue them so the optics would line up.
Would I be able to just solder wire from the mouse optic points to the atari trackball optic points?
