Well I don't know any game that has to register all six buttons and two directions at once...at most I can think of someone using 4 and two directions in any of the games I play.
And really, I know the IPAC is great and wonderful and all, and I'm not doubting that, but not everyone is willing to pay the $50 (with shipping) for it. I'm sure its very cheap for what it does, but not everyone can part with that just for a game controller....especially when there's much cheaper alternatives. In my case, a simpler interface just simply isn't worth $40 more then my (future) gamepad hack. The solution to every keyboard problem isn't always "get an IPAC". That's like telling people who have trouble with their Honda's brakes "get a ferrari, its so much better, and a steal at $125,000!". Ok, it's not that bad but its the same concept.
I'm sorry to rant, it's just that people have stopped recommending the IPAC and now instead are shoving in in my face whenever I ask anything about keybard/gamepad hack. I'm not judging the product I'm sure its great, but it's not for everyone.
