more help with ke72.... please??

I've got my panel together and wired up and am drooling hardcore to use it. I'm tring to use it in windows and seems to work well until I load mame32. It doesn't seem to recognize any keypresses. Only sporadically does it work. VERY sporadically.
Do I need to set the key configurations for the ke72 so that they repeat? I'm thinking this may be the problem.


Also, when I hook up my trackball it works, but the x-axis is reversed. What's the easiest way to fix this?
