: Weird doesn't cover it. I used the keyhook program to display the keystrokes and everything seems to work fine. I'm going to take it to work tommorow and see if it works properly on a different computer. I'm also going to check with Hagstrom to see if they have any ideas. Are you sure you wired your buttons as NO(normally open) as opposed to NC(normally closed)? Get a safety pin or something similar and you can push in on the clip that holds the wire in the plug, it should pop out easily.
