Where can I download an 8-button gamepad Win 95/98 driver for my gamepad hack?

I hacked a CompUSA clear 8-button gamepad. The directions say to set it up as a 4-button gamepad with throttle and rudder. I want to use all 8 buttons as buttons, so I downloaded a "universal" 8 button gamepad driver. All of the buttons work individually, but I can't work some of the buttons simultaneously. I know it's not a hardware problem because the same buttons work together when I have it set up as a 4-button pad.

I built this controller for my nephew (he's 8) and I discovered this problem when testing out one of his favorites, Sonic Spinball on the Genesis emulator Gens.

If anyone else has hacked this same gamepad ($7.99) and knows which driver to use, that would be excellent.
