I need help adjusting my arcade monitor

: OK just hooked my computer up to my Arcade monitor and after adjusting the Vhold and all the H and V adjustments the arcadeos looks ok (WOW that was HARD) now when I choose a game the games starts and the screen gets out of sync again.... How do I make it work right with mame and arcadeos??? : I hooked the red green blue and ground and H and V sync to the right wires.. ( the H and V hook to the ONE wire on the Monitor thats all it had) : : any Help would be greatly be appreciated.. : axe@frognet.net : : OHIO
