I read earlier that the signal spec for arcade monitors is in fact the same as that of TV's (be they PAL or NTSC respectively), so is it reasonable to assume that on the device i'm building to route the VGA output from my PC to the monitor, one could also put a SCART sockect and wire up the RGBS also to the JAMMA connector, and use that when I wanted to plug a playstation or whatever into it? (assuming the RGB's on the SCART cable were connected?)
