SGI monitor?

Hey there. I've been lurking here for an awfully long time, and this group has been fantastically helpful in helping me get my MAME cab together. I'm now down to one last part, the monitor. I have a good chance of picking up a free big screen PC monitor tomorrow through some shady dealings, and if I do that'd be great. I have a sneaking suspicion though that the only big screen monitor I'm going to find is a oldish Silicon Graphics monitor. I know that they aren't (at least all the older ones I've seen) standard SVGA, and they use some type of separate R,G,B plugs. Is it possible to adapt a cable to use one of these? Can a normal PC video card even put out the right signal? Any help or links appreciated.
