it depends. they usually have 1 of two types of connections, standard bnc type for rgb/sync or a harder to find 13w3 connector. premade cables going from either to a standard vga connector are available (I happen to have a 13w3 to vga cable if anyone needs it). What you need to check is if the monitor is fixed frequency or not. If it is, you will need to get a special fixed freq video card for it, although its possible some of the custom monarc type utilities for arcade monitors might be able to accomplish the task using a standard vga card. If the monitor is multimode, you shouldnt have a problem.
