I downloaded the AdvanceCab to test this. I ran MV.exe to test my video card. Of course I had to set my Mame.cfg Video section and I set it using the generic PC monitor settings. I ran MV.exe and didn't see any modes with Horizontal frequencies of 15.75KHz. Does this mean my video card won't output 15.75 or does it mean that MV.exe didn't test it because I set my Mame.cfg to a horizontal frequency of 30-60?
Any help figuring out how to run Windows on my arcade monitor would be GREATLY appreciated!
