What is a MAME Cabinet worth?

I am trying to figure out what a Mame cabinet is worth?
And is there any market in making them for people?
Can MAME cabinets be sold at arcade auctions?
It really doesn't cost that much to convert an old cabinet if you go in with a clear plan of what you want to do.
I would like to make at least one more Mame cabinet for myself. (Vertical).
Plus there are a few dedicated machines I would like to buy. (Stun Runner sitdown, Some kind of gun game, Some kind of full cockpit driving or flying game, some kind of cocktail, and maybe a NEOGEO).
I was thinking I could possibly finance these games, (and my Zelda cocktail), by building Mame cabinets for others.
Any suggestions?
