Hi Torgo,

Dials are devices that spin 360 degrees - typical spinner (uses mouse)

a paddle is like a dial, but only turns so far (say... 280 degrees for example - like those from the old atari 2600) Most paddles use Pots.

As far as 4 peddles, I havent had a chance to try it out, but i think you can map each pots axis to a peddle. Therefore you have 2 pots in each joy, and 2 joysticks = 4 possible peddles.

(PS: You can use a Y splitter to get 2 anaoluge sticks to work on one port)
