D'oh I thought I explained this well, but there you go!!
Dial, Track X are the same thing, When Dial 2,3,4 are never used either are Track X 2,3,4 (used by the keyboard though).
Paddle is like Dial and Track X except it has limit checking, to make sure it doesn't go out of range (Like a 270 wheel, you can't keep spinning).
Track Y is the same as Track X except Y-Axis, Track Y 2,3,4 (are keyboard only).
Joysticks (Only X-Axis and X-Axis 2, Y-Axis and Y-Axis 2) are valid..
