Personally I don't like the idea, like arcadefx and you are doing , of moving roms around by splitting roms of an emulator in different directories. I think the frontend should do this job preferably with good database support like sirpoonga mentioned or the way it is allready in emuwizzard...I must say I like emuwizzard more and more it is really efficient in the things it does...
