What is Hanaho running?

this is pulled from the Hanaho website about thier machines:

Built in HanaHo Gaming Operating System for boot up.
True-MAME(tm) game system emulator to handle every game at top speed.

Does anyone know what it is like? Is it of 'pro' quality, meaning - even though it is a computer based machine is that fact appearent? Just curious as to what they are using.
