20" TV mounting in a Pac-Man Cab question.

I'm throwing this one out to all of you, 'cause frankly, I'm stumped. I'm designing my cabinet in an original Pac-Man cab, with a 20" TV for my monitor source. The problem is that originally, the monitor for a Pac-Man cab was slanted at roughly between a 35-45 degree angle, virtualy flat to your playing perspective and in relation to the control panel. And giving the fact that a 20" TV is no light-weight, can anyone offer up a good suggestion on mounting the S.O.B., without putting strain on ANYTHING?!?!
