Your Super Grabber screws will work fine, pre-drill to the shank diameter and use a hand screwdriver to prevent over torquing with a screw gun. If its not going to be dissassembled use glue as well, thats the cabinet makers real secret there, as for screw length the 1 1/2 will work fine if you can actually get them, most of the time in sheet rock screws its either 1 1/4" or 1 5/8, most usually don't make a true 1 1/2" (they are starting though).
