800X600 with GeForce 2?

Hi
I'm trying to run at 800x600 on my TV from my Visontek GeForce 2 using an S-Video cable. It works but it is very fuzzy. 640x480 works good but I'd like to go with higher resolution since I run Windows programs on it as well. Anybody got suggestions as to how I can make this work.
