Celeron or Pentium III?

My cab currently uses a celeron 600. My board allows overclocking, but it doesn't make much difference on the speed of the more complex games. My 1.2 ghz athlon runs everything at or darn near 60fps. My cab is intle only, so should I get a 1 ghz celeron (which are very cheap) or a 1Ghz+ pentium III? I want performance like my athlon and I haven't kept up with intel in a while.
