Qbert knocker in mame?

Hey everyone,

Not like I don't have enough things to do trying to finish my cabinet, but I was wondering...

Can the Qbert knocker be wired somehow to a MAME pc? I see that there is a dip switch setting for the knocker. Did the mame dev group happen to code the driver such that it controls a serial port signal or something?

Long shot, I know...but it would be cool. :)
