I've mounted TV's out of their cases a couple times on friends projects. In both cases, the picture tube already had mounting brackets in the corners, so we added mounting blocks to the inside of the mame cabinet, and used large bolts to bolt the tube in place. Then a shelf was added underneath to hold the electronics of the TV.
I have never seen a mounting kit like what you are looking for, but the existing mounting hardware in the TVs we used worked fine.
