Where can I find mounting hardware for a TV monitor out of it's case.

I'm helping my brother with his MAME arcade and he's putting in a 25" tv that he took out of its casing. It looks like he's gonna mount the monitor to a wood frame but he would like to mount it like the arcade monitors are mounted (with a steel frame bolted to brackets). Are there any kits out there for this. I looked on Happ's website and I can't find anything. All of the MAME arcade pages I look at leave out this detail of mounting it.
