The gameport only has 4 axis and 4 buttons total. As for getting windows to recognize your second joystick, I don't know of any way to "remap" those axis to another controller.

: I don't really understand all that I need to know to accomplish this by the sounds of things. I thought it would be a simple task of wiring up the 2 extra axes (which I've done) and setting up 2 controllers in Windows - 1 being a 4 button gamepad and the second being a 2 button gamepad.

: I have to experiment a bit more, but it doesn't help that the PC I'm trying to test on will not pick up a second controller when using a Y cable!

: What am I missing?
