I think DirectpadPro can handle two PSX pads if you have the appropriate parallel port interface - one that has two PSX ports.
Also, there's the MegaTap, which is a hack of the PSX multi-tap, and can enable 4 PSX pads to be connected to the parallel port.
But I think you'd have to build that yourself.
I've seen places selling a dual parallel - PSX port cable, though.
