That looks like it will only support one PSX controller at a time.
Did the seller tell you it would work with two controllers at the same time?

I'm assuming the dance pad is a regular PSX device and not something you can only use with the Techange interface.
So - I don't understand how you're plugging in two PSX controllers at the same time?
