Chris, I finally got in touch with Wally and he was very "to the point" in that he was not going to sell me a new monitor for a refurb price so I guess you caught him on an extremely good day.
That being said, I have a new dilemma in my life. I am being offered a free 21" PC monitor to put in my cabinet. Should I take that or stick with the U3100? I'd "REALLY" like to run a voodoo3 card and win98 with DOS mame also so I know what I'm getting with the PC monitor but the U3100 is an unknown quantity for me.
