You must have gotten lucky because I can't find anyone working there now who's even HEARD of the U3100... much less able to sell me one (refurbished or otherwise).
OK, I might be exaggerating a bit but still... They have 1 in stock, or so they say, but they can't get to it now because the factory is closed until the 18th. I asked them to just sell me a new one at the refurbished price since they "COULD" get to the new ones but "COULDN'T" get to the old ones.
Damn, I'm pissed... Waiting 2 weeks now.
